Job description
Sur La Table is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Raleigh to guide a high-performing retail team and drive the customer experience from greeting to checkout. You will coach staff, stay current on products, and lead in-store initiatives to exceed sales targets while maintaining store standards.
The role requires 1–2 years of retail management and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Flexibility for a 36–40 hour work week and weekend shifts is expected.
