Job description
Sur La Table is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing retail team and deliver outstanding customer experiences across the culinary journey. You will align operations, training, and merchandising to meet store goals and drive guest satisfaction.
You will recruit and coach staff, monitor KPIs, and ensure safety, accuracy of records, and compliance while fostering a guest-obsessed culture and community engagement.
