Job description
Sur La Table is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to drive a high-performing retail team and deliver exceptional customer experiences across our culinary retail floor.
You will partner with the Store Manager to develop staffing, merchandising, and operations plans, coach associates, and maintain performance metrics while upholding store safety and standards; a flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required.
