Role:Cultivation Manager
Location: Capitol Heights, MD

Your Impact:
Set strategic direction and manage cultivation facility operations to ensureoptimalplant health
Manage full life cycle procedures within propagation, vegetation, flowering cycles, and pre-harvest phase
Hire, train, mentor, coachand develop team members
Collaborate with leaderson timelines, inventory quantity, productionschedulesand quality standards
Your Strengths:
You arepassionateabout the cannabis industry, and the plant itself.
You have strong leadership and communication skills to effectively lead and motivate teams.
You havedemonstratedknowledge of plant science and cultivation techniques.
Youhavemeticulousattention to detail and a commitment to quality.
You haveanability to adapt to changing conditions and solve problems.
