Job description
Banyan Treatment Centers is expanding with a new Executive Director site in Rochester Hills, MI. This role leads cultural and operational excellence, builds high-performing teams, and represents the center with local stakeholders.
The ED will own the staffing, budget, census, and regulatory compliance across multiple programs while driving quality care and growth. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, community ties in Michigan, and experience with CARF/Joint Commission–level standards.
