Culver's Dishwasher, Porter, & Prep Team Members Needed
Part-Time | Morning shifts, Porters from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM or Prep from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM
Earn up to an extra $1.50/hour in your first 18 months!
As a Dishwasher, you'll do more than wash dishes. You'll help get the restaurant ready for the day and keep our kitchen, equipment, supplies, and restaurant areas clean, stocked, and running smoothly. This is an active, hands-on position that's a great fit for someone who likes to stay busy, takes pride in their work, and enjoys having clear responsibilities. In addition to dishwashing and cleaning, this role includes porter and prep duties, such as putting away deliveries, rotating inventory, maintaining equipment, taking out trash, and helping keep the restaurant organized.

What You'll Do...
Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and restaurant areas
Put away truck deliveries and organize food and supply storage
Monitor product dates and shelf life
Help with basic food prep and stocking
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the interior and exterior of the restaurant
Work independently while also supporting the rest of the restaurant team
What We're Looking For...
Comfortable performing routine cleaning and maintenance tasks
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Dependable & Reliable
Strong time management and organizational skills
Willing to learn and follow food safety, cleaning, and maintenance procedures
Comfortable lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling equipment and supplies as needed (up to 100 lbs)
A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
