Cure Oven Operator – 2nd ShiftPay: $18.50/hr Schedule: 2nd: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM–1:30 AM Full-Time | 4-Day WorkweekA growing manufacturing facility is hiring a dependable Cure Oven Operator / Production Operator for its 2nd shift. This is a hands-on position working with cast products and industrial ovens in a fast-paced production environment.What You'll DoRemove finished slabs from curing ovensInspect cast products for quality and defectsApply mold-release chemicalsClean and inspect molds to prevent contaminationMove heavy slabs across roller tablesFollow production, safety, and PPE proceduresMaintain a clean and organized work areaWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 3 months of manufacturing, production, or general labor experienceAble to push/pull 300–500 lbs. across roller tablesComfortable working around epoxy resin odors and chemicalsAble to keep up in a fast-paced environmentDependable team player with strong attention to qualityWilling to follow all required safety and PPE guidelinesGreat opportunity for candidates with experience as a Production Worker, Machine Operator, Oven Operator, Manufacturing Associate, General Laborer, or Resin Production Operator.Multiple ways to Apply!At Express, we value your time.
