Job description
Datadog is seeking a senior Enablement Curriculum Builder to develop high-quality learning experiences for Global Commercial Customer Success. You will own end-to-end design from objectives through assessments, building role-specific onboarding journeys and ensuring durable behavior change.
You will partner with Program Management and Strategy teams to translate business needs into effective learning and use AI to enhance content creation, measurement, and continuous improvement.
