Custodial & Grounds AssociateCommunity Concepts Inc. is looking for a dynamic, motivated individual to fill the role of Custodial and Grounds Associate to support facilities in South Paris and Rumford. This position starts October 1 and is 40 hours per week. The applicant must be able to:Complete tasks such as cleaning, grounds keeping, minor maintenance repairs, occasional shoveling of entryways, and completing necessary paperwork.Daily travel to Community Concepts Facilities.Demonstrate a strong attention to detail.Be a self-starter and work independently with minimal supervision.Regularly use of stairs to complete daily workStarting Range of pay: $16.00-$18.00/hr depending on experienceBenefits:Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, short and long-term disability, accident, critical illness & hospital indemnityPaid Time Off (up to 18 days for full-time employees)13 paid holidays per year403(b) pension plan with agency contribution and matchA company vehicle is provided for work-related use.Community Concepts is a qualified employer under the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) programTo Qualify:A minimum of a High School Diploma or G.E.D. is requiredMust have demonstrated experience with custodial or maintenance workMust have a clean driving record, process and maintain a valid Maine Driver's LicensePre-employment SBI, DMV, DHHS fingerprinting, sex offender registries, and federal debarment and fraud background checks must be completed and acceptable.
