Tresco, Inc. is seeking a hardworking and dependable Custodial & Grounds Worker to help maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-manicured environment. If you're someone who takes pride in their work and values being part of a mission-driven team, we'd love to meet you!What you'll be doing:Grounds Maintenance Responsibilities:Mow, edge, and trim lawns to maintain a professional appearanceRemove litter and debris from grounds and pathwaysProvide weed control and desert landscape maintenanceOperate outdoor equipment: weed eaters, edgers, hedge trimmers, blowers, and moreAssist with special outdoor projects as assignedCustodial Responsibilities:Clean and maintain restrooms, floors, and public areasDust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish as neededMaintain cleanliness of windows, glass doors, and entrywaysReplenish paper goods, soap, deodorizers, and batteriesPerform monthly high-dusting and advanced floor careEnsure all equipment is maintained in clean, operable conditionWhat you bring:High School Diploma or GEDGroundskeeping or custodial experience preferredValid Driver's LicenseAbility to pass a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record checkSkills that make you stand out:Strong communication skills (English required; bilingual is a plus)Ability to work independently and as part of a teamReliable, detail-oriented, and professional under pressureWillingness to assist the public and maintain a customer-friendly attitudeRespect for confidentiality and workplace professionalismWhy work with Tresco?Be part of a mission-focused organization supporting community inclusionEnjoy a stable schedule with weekends offTake pride in meaningful work that keeps facilities clean and beautifulWork in an environment where your effort is appreciatedIndividuals with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
