Now Hiring: Part-Time Custodial & Grounds WorkerTake pride in keeping spaces clean, safe & beautiful!Location: Roswell, NM Pay Rate: $16.00/hour Schedule: Full-time Monday thru Friday 6 AM to 3 PM Summer hours Winter hours Monday thru Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. Closing Date: Open Until FilledWhat You'll Be Doing:Grounds Maintenance Responsibilities:Mow, edge, and trim lawns to maintain a professional appearanceRemove litter and debris from grounds and pathwaysProvide weed control and desert landscape maintenanceOperate outdoor equipment: weed eaters, edgers, hedge trimmers, blowers, and moreAssist with special outdoor projects as assignedCustodial Responsibilities:Clean and maintain restrooms, floors, and public areasDust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish as neededMaintain cleanliness of windows, glass doors, and entrywaysReplenish paper goods, soap, deodorizers, and batteriesPerform monthly high-dusting and advanced floor careEnsure all equipment is maintained in clean, operable conditionWhat You Bring:High School Diploma or GED Groundskeeping or custodial experience preferred Valid Driver's License Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record checkSkills That Make You Stand Out:Strong communication skills (English required; bilingual is a plus) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional under pressure Willingness to assist the public and maintain a customer-friendly attitude Respect for confidentiality and workplace professionalismWhy Work with Tresco?Be part of a mission-focused organization supporting community inclusion Enjoy a stable schedule with weekends off Take pride in meaningful work that keeps facilities clean and beautiful Work in an environment where your effort is appreciated Individuals with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
