Afternoon Custodial MaintenanceReports to: Maintenance SupervisorLocation of work: Bangor Public SchoolsStarting Date: As soon as possibleRate of Pay: Competitive wages based on experienceHours to work: 8 hours a day plus overtime as neededClassification: Custodial/MaintenanceMinimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent is required and physically capable of carrying out the essential functions of the job.Must have competency in spelling, writing, and basic English language skills.Must have a very good work history with a good to excellent attendance record in previous assignments and have successful job performance as evidenced through past/recent supervisor's evaluations.Must have regular, reliable, and punctual attendanceMust pass a criminal background check as required by School Safety Legislation.Work Experience: Experience in maintenance operations, trade related instruction, knowledge in plumbing, electrical and facility repair.
