CustodianReports To: SupervisorTerms Of Employment: 260 day contract with benefitsQualifications:High school diplomaExperience working in cleaning, construction, maintenance position(s)Able to operate personal computer and/or laptop computerHighly motivated able to coordinate multiple tasks at one timeSelf-starter; able to work independentlyAbility to lift 50 lbs. to shoulder height occasionallyEssential Job Functions:Hours vary throughout the yearSanitize, clean, empty trash and other general housekeeping dutiesPossible snow removal dutiesOther Job Functions:Maintain confidentialityAttend meetings and training as directedPresent and communicate in a professional mannerWork additional hours or overtime as directedOther duties as assigned by supervisor
