Job description
Custodial Services ManagerDirect and manage custodial services for all district facilities. Establish cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and efficiency of building operations and grounds.Education/Certification:High school diploma or GEDClear and valid Texas driver's licenseSpecial Knowledge/Skills:Knowledge of routine custodial practices and methodsKnowledge of equipment, chemicals, and materials used in cleaning processesKnowledge of minor repair techniques and building and grounds maintenanceAbility to manage personnelEffective planning and organizational skillsExperience:3 years experience in custodial services (preferred)2 years supervisory experience (preferred)
