Full Time Custodial Services WorkerGoodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is looking for motivated, team-building individuals to fill a Full Time Custodial Services Worker position. $17.00 an hour. Fantastic first shift hours: Monday - Friday 5:30am-2:00pm.Essential duties and responsibilities:Safely operate power equipment for custodial maintenance.Keep store, plant, offices clean and all trash removed as needed.Assist in keeping aisles free and clear of hazards.Assist in training employees on cleaning practices as directed by the Supervisor.Ensure safety protocol is followed and safety equipment is properly used.Benefits:10 paid holidays1 week of paid vacation 1st year, 2 weeks 2nd year- 5th year1 week personal paid time offMedical, Dental Vision and Life insurance.Pet Insurance available20% employee discount in Goodwill storesBiweekly Direct DepositFREE Employee Assistance ProgramsCareer Advancement OpportunitiesThink you've got what it takes?High School diploma or equivalent required.Do you have a valid Michigan drivers license?
