Cusdial Services Worker LeadThe Custodial Services Lead Worker cleans and maintains assigned area(s) to meet customer and client satisfaction and may be responsible for oversight or delegation of responsibilities within the cleaning services operation. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is $22.00 to $30.00. Benefits vary by location and are subject to any legal requirements or limitations, employee eligibility status, and where the employee lives and/or works.Job Responsibilities:Schedules and assigns daily work assignments to a custodial team and leads all aspects of completion of tasksAdheres to established procedures to provide a safe working environment including aligning with OSHA, state/local, federal, and Aramark regulationsMaintains a clean and orderly environment to project the safety and health of othersAccurately cleans and maintains housekeeping equipmentCleans assigned areas to Aramark and client standards and requirementsFollows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated areasReports maintenance concerns via work order requests to appropriate personnelSecures the facility, ensuring building is locked/unlocked as requiredEnsures security of company assetsQualifications:Previous custodial experience requiredPrevious experience in a supervisory or related role preferredMust have the ability to work independently with limited supervisionAble to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicalsMaintains friendly, efficient, positive guest service demeanor towards guests, clients and co-workersAdaptable to guest needsThis role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing.
