Job description
Custodial Services WorkerThe Housekeeper cleans and maintains assigned area(s) to meet customer and client satisfaction. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.Job Responsibilities:Adheres to established procedures to provide a safe working environment including following OSHA, state/local, federal, and Aramark regulationsMaintains a clean and orderly environment to protect the safety and health of othersAccurately cleans and maintains housekeeping equipmentCleans assigned areas to Aramark and client standards and requirementsFollows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated areasReports maintenance concerns via work order requests to appropriate personnelSecures the facility, ensuring the building is locked/unlocked as the need arisesEnsures security of company assetsAt Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers. In order to meet our commitments, job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without formal notice.Qualifications:Previous custodial experience preferredMust be able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicalsThis role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing.
