Custodial SupportMcCall, ID 83638OverviewPosition Type Winter Seasonal Category Base OperationsDescriptionJob Summary:Brundage Mountain is looking for a reliable and friendly individual to perform a variety of tasks to clean and maintain public areas Brundage facilities on a daily basis. This crew works both inside and outside and can be in a part-time or full-time position. Flexible hours are also available to make this position work for you. The ideal candidate for this position has a great attention to detail and maintains a positive presence to keep the stoke high!Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Cleaning and sanitizing all facility areas on a regular schedule throughout the dayMonitor and maintain stock of supplies in bathrooms, kitchens, and public areasPresent a proactive attitude toward health safety for guests and employeesMust follow and help enforce health safety protocolsCarry out special projects with supervisor on some occasionsClean Employee Housing and other off-site locationsOpportunity to cross-train in a variety of other facilities and grounds keeping work depending on experience and interestsQualificationsJob Qualifications:Positive attitude and willingness to interact with guests to say hello, answer questions, give directions, etc.Good communication skills; able to follow directions and ask questionsAbility to work independently and with a teamAble to lift and carry at least 30 pounds safelyAble to stand for long periods while workingNo experience necessary- Will train for any tasks requiredOther Requirements:Reliable transportation to and from workAbility to work in inclement weather conditionsAvailable to work weekends and some holidaysValid driver license and ability to pass insurance driving history inquiry- preferredAbility to ski or snowboard to take care of on mountain areas - preferred
