Custodial Crew MemberUS Concerts is seeking Custodial Crew Members to keep our venues show-ready and create an incredible fan experience. Responsible for performing cleaning duties throughout outdoor concert venue and interior offices complying with today's safety and disinfection protocol and utilizing best practices to support the achievement of the venue's business goals and objectives.What This Role Will DoKeep the venue safe and clean at all times, including by not limited to: clean and disinfect all fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors and walls of restrooms, keep all guest facing area free of trash, restock restroom paper materials and hygiene products as needed.Keep work areas neat and orderly, clean equipment and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned.Show CARE by participating in the venue's sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts.Partner with fellow band members at the end of show to close the venue- this may include collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, etc.Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.What This Person Will BringRequires a high school diploma/GEDMust be highly motivated and able to work independently.Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs.+ and occasional sittingEqual Employment OpportunityLive Nation strongly supports equal employment opportunity for all applicants regardless of age (40 and over), ancestry, color, religious creed (including religious dress and grooming practices), family and medical care leave or the denial of family and medical care leave, mental or physical disability (including HIV and AIDS), marital status, domestic partner status, medical condition (including cancer and genetic characteristics), genetic information, military and veteran status, political affiliation, national origin (including language use restrictions), citizenship, race, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding and medical conditions related to pregnancy, childbirth or breastfeeding), gender, gender identity, and gender expression, sexual orientation, intersectionality, or any other basis protected by applicable federal, state or local law, rule, ordinance or regulation.The expected compensation for this position is:$16.90 USD - $20.75 USD Hourly** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.Live Nation Entertainment will never request payment, or equipment purchases as part of the hiring process.
