Custodial Services PositionPosition: Custodial ServicesRequisition: 66314Client: Tennessee MHSASLocation: Moccasin Bend Mental Health Institute, TennesseeContract: 09/28/2026 – 06/30/2027Schedule: Friday & SaturdayHours: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM CSTHours per Week: Approximately 15 hoursPay: $18/hr 1099 or $15/hr W2Key ResponsibilitiesSweep, mop, scrub, strip, wax, and buff floorsOperate floor washing machines, buffers, vacuums, and other custodial equipmentClean and sanitize restrooms, showers, toilets, sinks, walls, and mirrorsVacuum and shampoo carpetsDust furniture and clean assigned facility areasEmpty trash and maintain clean work areasClean walls and windows as requiredMove furniture and other objects when necessaryPick up trash and maintain surrounding groundsPerform light maintenance of custodial equipmentReport facility deficiencies and material needsFollow established safety and sanitation procedures
