Job description
Cusdial WorkerThis position is located in Annapolis, MD at the United States Naval Academy. The core working hours are 5:00 am -10:00 am, Monday through Friday; various weekends & holidays on a rotating schedule per contract requirements. Starting pay is $21.41 per hour. This position requires pre-employment criminal history background checks, government security clearances, and drug testing.Key Responsibilities:Sweep and mop hallways, stairs, and officesEmpty wastebaskets and dispose of the trash in the prescribed mannerDust horizontal surfacesEmpty and wash ashtraysClean bathroomsWax and buff floors with prescribed buffersClean glass and windowsWash walls and other vertical surfacesSweep and clear snow from outside steps and sidewalksPolish kick panels, doorknobs, and other designated fixturesStrip and wax floorsVacuum rugsMix cleaning solutionsMaintain issued equipmentNotify the supervisor when supplies and equipment are needed to perform tasksAll other duties assigned by Custodial ForemanQualifications:Six months of experience, but 1 year of floor care experienceBe capable of performing the responsibilities of the positionMust be able to pass all pre-employment requirementsEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities.
