Custodian 1 Day ShiftPerform various interior and exterior professional janitorial and custodial servicesInterior cleaning activities to include kitchen, restrooms and office areasTrash receptacle maintenanceRecyclables maintenanceDusting activitiesSteam clean carpets, buff floors and wax as neededExterior janitorial activities to include windows, lawn maintenance, sidewalks, etcDevelop and coordinate a schedule for custodial maintenance servicesOrder and maintain supplies as necessary for housekeeping workComply with all safety requirements and use all applicable personal protective equipment (PPE)Clean work area daily and perform preventative maintenance and equipment checksOther duties and responsibilities as assignedComplete honestyMeet customer expectationsProcess and efficiency improvement orientedLeadership role modelRespect and sensitivity towards othersSolution orientedContinuous learning, development and performance improvement seekingComplete acceptance of job performance, role and responsibilityMasterful knowledge, skills and abilities in areas essential to effective and superior job performanceQualificationsMust be at least eighteen (18) years of ageHigh school diploma or GED required1 to 3 years of previous professional custodial services preferredAbility to read labels and understand instructions in order to mix and use cleaning chemicals correctlyAbility to operate various interior and exterior equipmentA combination of education and experience may be qualifyingAdditional InformationSite Address: 1913 Hutchings Ave. Ballinger, TX 76821Why work for Cornerstone Building Brands?Our teams are at the heart of our purpose to positively contribute to the communities where we live, work and play.
