Space Coast Credit Union (SCCU) CustodianAt Space Coast Credit Union (SCCU), our members are at the heart of everything we do. Since 1951, we've been committed to delivering financial services founded on integrity and a people-first philosophy.As a Custodian in our Baytree Head Quarters, you will clean the building spaces and performing related work as required. You will also maintains the appearance of the facility inside and outside the building in order to provide a professional atmosphere at the Corporate Headquarters building.Custodian Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for emptying and cleaning waste receptacles, recycling containers, ashtrays, and disposal of trash throughout the building in order to ensure a clean work environment.Cleans restrooms and breakroom; replenishes supplies, cleans and disinfects tables and counters, cleans sinks, fixtures and equipment to maintain sanitary conditions in these areas.Sweeps, mops, vacuums, the building and stairways; dusts and polishes furniture, woodwork, metalwork, fixtures, and equipment; washes walls, fixtures, equipment and accessible interior and exterior windows.Keeps utility storage areas and custodial equipment clean and in good working order; reports safety hazards and repairs that are needed in order to maintain a safe working conditions throughout the building.Set up and tear down furniture and equipment for events.Attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this job.Custodian Requirements6 months-1 year prior experience in professional janitorial employment.High School Diploma or equivalencyCustodian CompensationStarting Salary: $16.38 - $17.34/hourWork ScheduleMonday - Friday 2:45 pm -11:45 pmSCCU BenefitsHealth & Wellness: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus an Employee Assistance Program.Financial Perks: 401(k) match (5%), HSA match, and SCCU-paid insurance (short/long-term disability, life insurance).Education Support: Tuition reimbursement after one year of service.Generous Time Off: 20+ days of PTO, birthday PTO, and 11 federal holidays.Exclusive Discounts: Lower rates on loans, credit cards, and no fee SCCU accounts!About SCCUSince 1951, Space Coast Credit Union (SCCU) has proudly served our community, growing to over 685,000 members and managing $9 billion in assets.
