Job description
Custodian PositionPrimary Purpose: Follow routine cleaning and maintenance procedures to maintain a high standard of safety, cleanliness and efficiency of building operations. Assist the lead custodian by following routine cleaning and maintenance procedures to maintain a high standard of safety, cleanliness and efficiency of building operations. Maintain cleaning of furniture, walls, lights, windows, floors, etc. All work to be done in accordance to the custodial operations policies and procedures manual.Qualifications:Education/Certification: None specifiedSpecial Knowledge/Skills:Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions in English for cleaning and safety proceduresKnowledge of minor repair techniques on custodial equipmentAbility to operate cleaning equipment and lift heavy equipmentAbility to properly handle cleaning suppliesExperience: NoneSalary: Aux Pay Grade 2 Custodian - $12.55 per hour / 240 daysContact: Zylius Imo - Custodial Manager
