Whether you've got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you're looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.What this job involvesClean and sanitize facility, assist with inventory control and security, enforce, and support all policies set forth by management including safety procedures.What is your day to day?Clean and sanitize facility restrooms/bathrooms using established practices and procedure.Clean, dust, and wipe furniture; sweep, mop, or vacuum floors; empty/clean wastebaskets and trash containersEmpty and clean trash bins as requiredReplace light bulbsRefill restroom dispensers and re-order suppliesAssist with the setup of facilities for meetings, classrooms, conferences, events as required.Strip, clean, buff and apply floor sealer and floor finish to hard surface floors.Vacuum and shampoo carpets.Use and maintain assigned power equipment and hand tools, buffers, auto scrubbers, extractors, high pressure washers, high speed buffers, and vacuums, brooms, mops, and squeegees for the cleaning and general maintenance of floors, walls, carpets, furniture, etc.Wash walls and equipment.Document cleaning activities on daily logsCheck for unlocked doors and windows throughout the facility and report any unauthorized occupantsTurn off lights in vacant roomsRemove debris from outside sidewalks, grounds, and parking lotsUse hand-operated tools or small power equipmentMove furniture, equipment, supplies, and tools on an as needed basisWash accessible interior and exterior windowsHandle recycling materialsAssist with inventory control as neededEnforce and support policies established by managementPerform related duties as required and requestedFollow safety proceduresReport safety concerns to supervisorCooperate and work with other employees to make an effective teamShare information and ideas to improve individual and team effectivenessIdentify and understand quality criteria for task performanceIdentify quality problems and report them to supervisorLoad/unload boxes of containers, tops, product, and packaging materialsOperate manual pallet jackAll other duties assignedRequired QualificationsMust have adequate skills to perform required job functions with minimal supervisionAbility to communicate well in both oral and written reportsPhysical RequirementsAbility to operate equipment as neededAbility to perform all duties in a timely and effective mannerAbility to stand for long periods of time on a regular basisMust be able to perform all essential job functions safely and effectively. This includes the ability to lift to 25 pounds, bend, stoop, reach, stand for extended periods, and move throughout the work environment as required by job duties. Must be able to maintain physical positioning and mobility necessary to complete tasks in accordance with safety protocols and company standardsPreferred QualificationsAble to work in a customer service environment interacting with the client.Team player with good interpersonal skillsProficient with computer-based systems and programs, including Microsoft Office and OutlookOther work detailsThe employee will be assigned to either 1st or 2nd shift, Monday to FridayThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
