Full Benefits Package Available For Full Time CustodianHealth, Dental, Vision, Vacation Pay, Life Insurance, and 401K!Duties To Be Performed:Perform cleaning duties for a long-term care nursing center.Service floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and spot cleaning.Collect and remove trash in buildings.Keep equipment clean and in proper operating condition.Stock and deliver supplies.Assist in other duties assigned by supervision.Assure resident safetyRequirements:Be a high school graduate or its equivalent and some knowledge of institutional cleaning procedures.Must be able to pass a criminal background test and drug test.Able to work weekends and holidays.To embrace the standards, values, and beliefs of organization.Be able to follow oral and written instructions.Capable of maintaining effective working relations with residents, family members, department head, and fellow associates.Able to multi task work as necessary.
