Part-Time CustodianThe City of Blue Ash is accepting applications for Part-Time Custodian within the Facilities Maintenance Department. This position is perfect for someone whose schedule allows them to work 28 hours per week and are available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and during special events. You will:Perform routine custodial tasks at Special EventsPerform routine cleaning tasks at City of Blue Ash facilities such as the Municipal Building, Golf Course, Summit Park, Fire Department, Cooper Creek Event Center, Service Department, Parks & Grounds Maintenance building, Recreation Center, and Sports Center.What makes you qualified for this position?You enjoy a job well done and making things sparkle!You have basic to intermediate skills in custodial practices.You are able to lift items of at least fifty pounds.You are able to stand/walk for up to 6-hours.You are able to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions.You are able to work on any of the following: Mornings, mid-shift, evenings, weekends, and during Special Events.You are able to work independently with little supervision.
