Job TitleAssists in the maintenance of contracted facilities through the efficient and effective application of custodial maintenance procedures, in accordance with the desired Goodwill image.FunctionUnder the direct supervision of the Custodial Assistant Team Lead (ATL) or Lead Custodian, and the Success Coach, is responsible for assisting in the custodial maintenance of facilities in a neat and clean appearance.Specific DutiesEnsures 100% world-class customer service.Clean, dust and wipe furniture.Sweep, mop or vacuum floors.Empty and clean wastebaskets and trash containers.Clean and sanitize restrooms/bathrooms using established practices and procedures. Refill restroom dispensers.Follow instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies. Use as directed.Wash accessible interior and exterior windows. Clean blinds.Performs assigned duties within the framework of our PRIDE Core Values.Attends in-service and related training as assigned by contracts leadership.May be asked to participate in activities outside of Goodwill.Performs other duties as assigned by contracts leadership.Minimum QualificationsAbility to utilize a wide array of custodial chemicals; general cleaning chemicalsAbility to safely operate custodial equipmentAbility to communicate effectivelyAbility to follow instructionsPhysical RequirementsAble to bend, reach and stand for extensive periods of time and lift up to forty pounds.
