Job ResponsibilitiesClean and maintain facility daily.Clean and sanitize restrooms daily. Replace paper products as neededEmpty all trash receptacles, place trash/recycling curbside for pickupVacuum carpets dailyChange lightbulbs for light maintenance and repairsPaint as neededPick up and maintain cleaning supplies as neededSetup tables and chairs as neededAlways ensure security of the buildingResponsible for keeping maintenance records/ cleaning for vehiclesAssist with unloading of trucks as requiredEnsure signage/ equipment are in working conditionAssist with pickup and drop off of seasonal workers as neededShoveling and salting sidewalksAdditional responsibilities as directed by Corps OfficersQualificationsCurrent driver's licenseClean driving recordAble to lift 60lbs.
