CustodianNordic Valley Resort - Eden, UT 84310OverviewPosition Type SeasonalDescriptionThe Custodian keeps our base area clean, stocked, and safe so guests can focus on the mountain. See the full list of perks on our website.Essential FunctionsMaintain the cleanliness of the resort base area, including the restroom trailers.Handle all aspects of trash collection and removal.Assist with snow removal as needed.Identify safety issues and report them promptly to the Resort Services Manager.Follow all safety procedures.Monitor supply levels and notify management when restocking is needed.Deliver enthusiastic, professional service to every guest.Communicate well with teammates and contribute to a positive work environment.Follow supervisor direction and perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsRequirementsAt least 18 years of age.Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.Able to pass an MVR background check.Able to work independently and as part of a team.Professional communication and problem-solving skills.Self-motivated, dependable, and able to stay calm under pressure.Physical RequirementsLift and carry up to 50 lbs. without assistance.Raise arms overhead; bend, twist, and stoop repeatedly throughout the workday.Ascend and descend stairs and walk between buildings without assistance.Work Environment This position works both indoors and outdoors and is regularly exposed to winter weather. Work is primarily independent but may involve working as part of a crew.
