Job description
Custodian-HousekeeperCasino Housekeeping position responsible for cleaning and maintaining public areas e.g. Casino floor, restrooms, hallways, lobbies, etc.Maintain guest and team member areas of the Casino and other assigned areas in the facility.Responsibilities include:Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas.Pick up and remove trash and debris.Empty and clean cigarette butts and ash trays.Collect glassware, bottles, and cans.Wipe and dust slot machines, slot banks, and slot chairs.Clean and maintain restrooms.Responsible for property clean up including bio-chemical material.Maintain stock supplies in housekeeping closets, carts, restrooms.Ensure preventative care of equipment and supplies.Other duties as assigned by managementSteady hours available, no lay offsFull-Time/Part-TimeDay and Swing shift availableQualifications:Minimum age 18No experience required, will provide training.Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods for majority of shift.Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.Boyd Gaming is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state, or local protected class.
