Job OpportunityProvides a variety of cleaning duties and maintains the building to ensure the upkeep, neatness, and cleanliness of the same on a daily basis.Key Responsibilities:Facilities Cleaning Responsibilities (90%)Facilities Maintenance Responsibilities (10%)What We Are Looking For:No formal education required, ANDSix months' experience performing general janitorial and general maintenance duties; ORAny equivalent combination of training and experience providing the required knowledge, skills and abilitiesEmployee Benefits:Health, Dental and Vision InsurancePaid Time Off and Holiday PayLife Insurance403B PlanPhysical Requirements and Working Conditions:Ability to meet attendance requirements. Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language effectively. Ability to perform strenuous, heavy work involving the lifting and carrying of heavy objects. Ability to exert the physical energy required to perform the needed janitorial and maintenance work. Duties are performed standing and requires squatting, climbing, bending and walking. Any of the preceding duties may be relieved by brief or occasional periods of sitting.
