Please review the job title and location to ensure the position matches the area where you are seeking employment.Job Skills / RequirementsWe are looking for reliable and flexible Custodian/Janitor Floaters to provide coverage at customer locations throughout the Bartlett area.Unlike a position assigned to one permanent location or shift, floaters work where coverage is needed. Your assigned customer location and work shift may vary based on daily staffing and operational needs. This position is a good fit for someone who is dependable, flexible, and comfortable working independently in different environments.Key Responsibilities:Clean and maintain floors, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuumingSanitize and restock restroomsClean spills safely and appropriatelyEmpty trash and maintain cleanliness in designated areasRestock and organize cleaning suppliesFollow cleaning procedures and safely use cleaning chemicals as instructedWork independently and complete assigned tasks efficientlyReport to assigned customer locations throughout the Bartlett area as neededProvide coverage based on daily staffing and operational needsAdditional Information / BenefitsPaid trainingBenefitsOpportunities for advancement and career growthThis job reports to the Service Operations ManagerThis is a Part-Time position 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, Weekends, Flexible Floater Schedule – Minimum 20 hours/week; available shifts include 10:00 AM–2:00 PM, 4:00 PM–8:00 PM, and 5:00 PM–9:00 PM. Daily shift and location assignments may vary based on staffing needs.Number of Openings for this position: 10
