Facilities Services Team MemberJoin the Facilities Services team at the University of Alaska Southeast and make a visible difference every day. This position provides custodial services that directly support student success, faculty work, and campus operations by maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming spaces across a diverse university environment. Work areas may include classrooms, labs, shops, offices, student spaces, and other campus facilities. The ability to work independently, stay organized, communicate well with others, and work evening hours will help someone succeed as part of the UAS Facilities Services team.Minimum Qualifications:Certificate of completion from technical school and a minimum of three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid Alaska Driver's License. Preferred: Custodial experience, or the aptitude to quickly learn to perform custodial tasks safety.Position Details:This position is located on the UAS campus in Juneau, AK. This is a full-time, non-exempt staff position complete with both a competitive salary and full employee benefits package. UA provides a generous compensation package that includes retirement options, annual leave, 12 paid holidays per year, tuition waivers for employees and family members, and affordable medical, dental and vision care coverage.Salary Information: MSW3 /Step 1 $20.86/hr.
