Custodian PositionLander Valley High SchoolFremont County School District #1, Lander, WyomingEqual Opportunity EmployerPosition: CustodianLocation: Lander Valley High SchoolSalary: $21.38/hr, minimum (260 days for full year); full benefitsSchedule: Daily work schedule: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Monday - FridayStart Date: As Soon As PossibleApply By: Open until filledQualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; job-related experience is desired; be able to follow instructions; and ability to interact positively with students, teachers, parents, and others encountered in this role.Physical Requirements: Significant lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; frequent climbing and balancing; significant stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling; significant fine finger dexterity; be able to work around cleaners and chemicals; and be able to work in the cold.Job Description: The job of a custodian is done for the purpose of maintaining an attractive, sanitary, and safe facility for students, staff, and public; providing and arranging equipment and furniture, etc. for meetings, classroom activities and events; and ensuring that assigned tasks are completed in safe, proper and timely manner.
