This is an excellent opportunity for permanent employment with long-term benefits in a supportive team environment.ResponsibilitiesClean and sanitize restrooms, showers, and common areasSweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors and carpetsEmpty trash and maintain waste receptaclesClean windows, furniture, fixtures, and building surfacesPrepare vacant rooms and apartments for new occupantsMove furniture and appliances as neededAssist with special cleaning projects and event setupsRemove snow and debris from designated walkwaysReport damaged or missing equipment and furnishingQualificationsPrevious custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or cleaning experience preferredAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and commitment to safety
