Job description
CustodianThe Custodian is responsible for ensuring the clean and professional appearance of the dealership premises. They perform various duties to maintain cleanliness and functionality throughout the dealership, both indoors and outdoors.Shift: Monday – Friday 730 AM to 4 PMDuties and Responsibilities:Keep all dealership areas clean and in proper working order.Perform dusting, sweeping, and general cleaning inside and outside the dealership.Collect and dispose of trash from offices, conference rooms, desks, restrooms, and breakrooms, replacing liners as needed.Maintain eye wash stations and stock eyeglasses.Ensure restroom supplies are stocked.Follow custodial checklist for daily duties.Clean windows, doors, ledges, blinds, rugs, walls, and other areas prone to dirt and dust accumulation.Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors daily.Address additional custodial needs as they arise.Minimum Qualifications:Ability to promote professionalism and pride within the workforce.Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities on short notice.Ability to carry out company policies and understand proper protocol.Effective communication and listening skills.Self-starter with the ability to work without supervision.Organized with excellent time management skills and a professional demeanor in customer service.Truck Country® / Stoops Freightliner-Quality Trailer Offers:Competitive SalaryComprehensive Benefit Package401K Plan with Company MatchAbout Truck Country® / Stoops Freightliner-Western Star: Truck Country® / Stoops Freightliner-Western Star is one of the largest Freightliner and Western Star dealership groups in the U.S. today, serving customers at locations in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Ohio, Michigan, and Wisconsin.
