Custodian MV Golf & Event Center – Arc Herkimer$16.00–$17.50/hour based on experience Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week Help Keep Our Facility Looking Its Best! Arc Herkimer is looking for a dependable and hardworking Custodian to join the team at the beautiful MV Golf & Event Center! This position plays an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment for guests, staff, and visitors throughout the clubhouse and event spaces.What You'll DoComplete work orders and maintenance tasks based on priorityPerform interior and exterior cleaning throughout the clubhouse and Event CenterAssist with deep cleaning of floors, carpets, walls, windows, bathrooms, appliances, and common areasVacuum, sweep, clean tables, and maintain indoor and outdoor spacesHelp maintain walkways by removing leaves and debrisPerform interior and exterior painting as neededMove and arrange furniture for events and daily operationsIdentify and report safety concerns or maintenance issuesWork closely with management and staff to ensure facilities remain clean and invitingSupport additional facility and seasonal projects as assignedWhat We're Looking ForHigh School Diploma or GED preferredBasic knowledge of custodial tools, cleaning techniques, and facility maintenanceStrong attention to detail and ability to work independentlyPositive attitude and strong teamwork skillsFlexibility with scheduling as neededCommitment to safety, professionalism, and customer serviceWhy Join Arc Herkimer?
