CustodianPajarito Mountain - LOS ALAMOS, NM 87544OverviewPosition Type Seasonal Job Shift DayDescriptionCustodian– Winter 2026/2027Location: Pajarito Mountain | Department: Rentals Type: Seasonal | Start Date: December | End Date: April 2027General Purpose:Service and maintain all on mountain restroom and dining areas to ensure cleanliness and neatness. Maintain clean, safe and functional public restroom facilities. Assist in snow removal when needed and trash removal, cleanliness of dining areas in restaurants.Duties & Responsibilities:Responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the attraction, this includes daily upkeep of all public and team member areasEmpties, cleans, and lines waste receptacles and disposes of trashWashes doors, windows and wallsSafely cleans and mops spillsCleans and disinfects restrooms including floors, walls, fixtures, and mirrorsRestocks restroom supplies as necessaryReports on the need for maintenance and repairObserves safe working practices, including maintaining storage areas in a safe conditionCorrects or reports any safety or fire hazardsSafely operates a variety of custodian tools, equipment, and suppliesPerforms other duties as required or assignedQualificationsJob Qualifications:Professional communication skills.Ability to work weekdays, weekends, and some holidays.Ability to solve problems and take direction.Ability to work in a team environment.Possess internal drive and motivation.Ability to work calmly under pressure and create a fun, professional work environment.Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. without assistance.
