Custodian Position AvailableExpress Personnel Coppell Office is hiring 18 experienced custodians for a well-established facility in Coppell. If you have previous commercial cleaning, custodial, janitorial, or facility-cleaning experience and are looking for a steady full-time opportunity, we want to speak with you.Two shifts available:Mid Shift: 11:00 AM–7:30 PMPay: $18–$20/hour, depending on experienceHiring process: Temp-To-HireWhat you'll be doing:Clean and maintain assigned areas throughout the facilitySweep, mop, vacuum, wipe down and sanitize surfacesEmpty trash and maintain common areasClean restrooms and other facility areas as assignedUse cleaning products and equipment safelyHelp keep the facility clean, organized and presentableFollow established safety and cleaning proceduresWhat we're looking for:Previous custodial, janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferredReliable attendance and dependable work historyComfortable working independently and staying productive throughout the shiftAble to follow instructions and basic safety proceduresComfortable working around cleaning chemicalsAble to frequently lift, carry, push or pull 50+ lbsFriendly, professional attitude when interacting with employees, guests and customersAbility to adapt as facility needs changeThis is not a temporary one-day cleaning assignment.
