Job description
CustodianFull-time position beginning 9/16/2026. Location: Bridgewater Scheduled Hours/days: Mon.- Fri. 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Pay Rate/Range: $22.29/hr. - $24.35/hr. Compensation/Benefits/Perks: Comprehensive and affordable benefits package including: Medical. Dental. Vision. Life/AD&D, and Long-Term Disability Coverage. 403 (b) Plan and District Match District Paid Life Insurance Deadline: Open Until Filled Employment is contingent upon completion of a background check and a required pre-work screening. Responsibilities: Under the direction of the Building & Grounds Director and the guidance of the Head Custodian, the Custodian/Custodian Lead performs environmental service tasks, cleaning and maintenance of school buildings, minor mechanical repairs, evening security, and support services for day and evening school activities in the Northfield School District. This position assists in providing a safe, clean learning environment for students, staff, and faculty.
