Qualifications:
Must be able to use prescribed safety equipment. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. on a frequent basis and up to 80 lbs. on an occasional basis. Must be able to perform difficult physical labor in a variety of weather conditions (rain, snow, wind). Must be able to climb stairs and ladders on a frequent basis, and work from scaffolding and electric lifts on an occasional basis. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach in performing various assignments as well as operate all related equipment. Must be able to understand and follow written or verbal instructions. Proficient communication and technology skills. Must be able to work successfully with students and adults. Must have a valid driver's license and be able to operate district owned vehicles. Bilingual communication skills a plus.

Compensation:
Per the Collective Bargaining Agreement, hourly rate is $20 and is entitled to sick leave and personal days.
