Custodial Maintenance WorkerThis is a full-time position with benefits. This position performs custodial maintenance duties.Hours are specific to each position. Schedules are as follows...Sunday 8:00 am - 7:00 pmMonday 11:00 am - 10:00 pmTuesday 11:00 am - 10:00 pmWednesday 11:00 am - 10:00 pmORWednesday 11:00 am - 10:00 pmThursday 11:00 am - 10:00 pmFriday 11:00 am - 10:00 pmSaturday 11:00 am - 10:00 pmMajor duties include but are not limited to:Cleans public restrooms and replaces supplies.Cleans elevator doors.Empties and cleans ash trays and trash cans.Cleans doors and windows.Removes litter.Mops floors.Polishes mirrors.Cleans water fountains.Dusts furniture and wall hangings.Cleans base moldings.Cleans office and break areas.Cleans stairways.Cleans furniture.Cleans and disinfects telephones.Maintains storage area and janitors' closets.Performs other related duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:Ability to read, write and perform basic mathematical calculations at a level commonly associated with the completion of high school or equivalent.Possession of or ability to readily obtain a valid driver's licenses issued by the State of Georgia for the type of vehicle or equipment operated.Starting Salary - $35,671.38To Apply - Fayette County, GA
