Job description
Facilities Maintenance TechnicianPreforms routine and preventative maintenance as neededMonitor and prioritize assigned work orders to ensure timely completion and minimal disruption to the learning environmentsMaintain records and document repairs as requiredMaintain all safety and code requirements set by the state, locally and by the districtCleaning duties must be performed as necessaryComplete all safety training that is required annuallyParticipate in meetings, workshops, trainings, and seminars, as assigned for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information required to perform job functionsThe ability to perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Facilities (or designee in his/her absence)Reports to: Building PrincipalPay Rate: Commensurate with experienceBenefits: Full benefit packageDeadline to apply: Until filledNote: This is not necessarily an exhaustive or all-inclusive list of responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements, efforts, functions or working conditions associated with the job.
