CustodianThe Custodian maintains a clean working environment for all staff and visitors, ensuring all areas are safe.Duties & ResponsibilitiesCleans and sanitizes bathroomsCleans, mops, washes, buffs, and vacuums floorsEmpties trashMaintains outside walk areas, including sweeping debris and washing walkwaysCleans and polishes fixturesRemoves recycling materialsTracks and orders maintenance suppliesCleans windowsDusts and vacuums furnitureOther duties as assigned.Qualifications, Competencies & StrengthsEducation: High School diploma or GEDExperience: NoneSpecial Skills:Excellent communication skillsProfessional and friendly dispositionType of fingerprint clearance: Shall be fingerprint checked pursuant to A.R.S 15-512Physical functions: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and move items over 50 pounds.Equipment used: General cleaning equipmentWork Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration.
