CustodianBenjamin Franklin Charter School is looking for a Part-Time Custodian to join our High School Team for the school year.Responsibilities:Daily update/daily check-inClean front offices and entrywayPlace cleaning supplies orders each month with campus Order ClerkLunchroom duties: Wipe down tables and walls in high traffic areaClean counters and microwavesPick up trash after lunchCheck all bathrooms, restock paper towels, toilet paper and soap dispensers and remove trashPower blower outside front entrance and courtyardClean various classrooms and locker roomsClean main exterior doors and windsor in cafeteria and Student Union weekly or as neededShared crosswalk duty with other custodiansBe available on two-way radio and respond in a timely mannerAssist with setup of eventsOther tasks as assignedBFCS Core Values:Practice and Emulate Virtue – Act honorably and with integrity.Be Intellectually Curious – Have a passion for learning and growth.Have a Growth Mindset – Be flexible and adaptable to change.Be Intentionally Positive – Approach situations with the right intention.Promote Civility – Treat others with respect and understanding.Qualifications:High School Diploma or EquivalentBe able to lift heavy items 20-50 lbsArizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance CardWill be required to pass a criminal background check upon hirePhysical Requirements:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
