Job description
CustodianThe Custodian is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment within the facility. This role ensures that buildings, restrooms, offices, and common areas are cleaned and maintained according to health and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesClean and sanitize the waterpark administrative office, including desks, counters, and common surfacesMop office floors and maintain a clean, dry, and safe walking environmentVacuum all carpeted areas within the office and designated spacesThoroughly clean and disinfect the public women's, men's, and family restroomsReplenish restroom supplies including soap, paper towels, and toilet paperClean, disinfect, and deodorize toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, and partitionsEmpty trash and sanitary receptacles in office and restroom areasClean all interior windows and glass doors, ensuring they are streak-freeSpot-clean walls, doors, and high-touch areasMonitor and report any maintenance or plumbing issuesFollow proper safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipmentWorking ConditionsWill REQUIRE after hours --evenings and weekendsExposure to cleaning chemicalsPhysical labor including lifting up to 25–50 lbsIndoor and occasional outdoor workThis position is open to applicants who are 18 years of age or older.
