You'll be part of the custodial team responsible for the daily cleaning and upkeep of the building, grounds, and equipment while supporting safety and emergency procedures.What You'll DoClean and maintain floors, windows, restrooms, showers, and other building areasReplenish supplies and collect and remove trashOperate and maintain custodial equipment, including vacuums and floor scrubbersMaintain exterior areas, including sweeping, shoveling, sanding, and salting walkwaysRespond to spills and other situations requiring immediate cleaningIdentify and report facility, safety, and security concernsAssist with emergency and evacuation proceduresFollow organizational safety, security, confidentiality, and HIPAA requirementsWhat You BringHigh school diploma or GEDMinimum of one year of custodial experienceKnowledge of cleaning materials, chemicals, equipment, and proceduresFamiliarity with universal precautions and biohazard cleanupAbility to follow safety and security proceduresStrong time management, communication, and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to frequently lift up to 40 pounds and perform the physical duties of the positionAbility to work occasional evenings and/or weekends as neededWhat We Offer32-hour full-time work weekMedical Health planHealth Savings Account (HSA)Nice Healthcare: offers chat, video visits and in-home primary care visitsDental planDependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA)Basic Life/AD&D & Voluntary Life/AD&DLong term disabilityOption to purchase critical illness, accident insurance and short-term disability401(k) Plan10 Paid holidays & generous PTOHow to ApplySubmit your application online through Avivo's Careers page at Avivomn.org.
