Job description
CustodianWe are hiring for a Part-Time Custodian employee for our Juniper Ridge Resort community.ResponsibilitiesPerform routine cleaning duties across all community facilities and officesPick up trash in and around the community grounds and parking lotsMaintain clean, well-stocked, and sanitary bathroomsClean interior and exterior windows regularlyFacilitate a wide array of janitorial duties as directedAssign and communicate daily service areas to janitorial team membersTrain new associates and review procedures with current associates as neededCommunicate cleaning supply needs and inventory updates to the supervisorEnsure all cleaning tasks meet company standards for safety and qualityRequirements1–2 years of janitorial or custodial experience preferred, ideally in a commercial, residential, or community settingStrong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality resultsPositive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and excellent organizational skillsProfessional and respectful demeanor when interacting with residents and staffAbility to complete minor repair tasks when necessaryReliable, with strong time management and communication skillsFlexibility to work after-hours and weekends as scheduledMust pass a pre-employment drug screen and background checkWhat We Offer:Support Programs – Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Calm Health.As a part-time employee, you may be eligible to accrue paid sick leave in accordance with applicable state and local laws.401(k) with Company Match – Automatic enrollment with a 30% match on the first 10% of contributions.Competitive pay, depending on experiencePart-time, flexible scheduleMost importantly, a caring team who is dedicated to your success!Why Join HOAMCO?Since 1991, HOAMCO (Homeowners Association Management Company) has been a leader in community association management, currently managing over 600 communities across seven states—and we're still growing!
