Now Hiring: Custodian
Location: Saint Benedict, LA
Pay Rate: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7 AM-3:30 PM

Requirements for This Job:
Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred.
Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment operation is a plus.
Familiarity with floor care processes, including buffing and waxing, is advantageous.
Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks related to facility upkeep.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards.
Good communication skills for interacting with team members and facility occupants.

What Your Day Looks Like (Job Duties):
Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming, in commercial settings.
Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas by restocking supplies and sanitizing surfaces.
Conduct floor care activities such as buffing, waxing, and polishing to ensure floors are well-maintained.
Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, including minor repairs and upkeep of equipment.
Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly after use.
Respond promptly to cleaning requests or emergencies to maintain a clean environment at all times.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure that all areas are cleaned according to established standards.
